1. Introduction

Welcome to South Peninsula Holidays. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully as they govern your use of our services.

2. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is confirmed only when we receive a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking terms.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if circumstances beyond our control arise (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Our cancellation policy is firm.
• Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to 50% of rental fee.
• Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to 100% of rental fee.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and use it responsibly.
• Damages or losses caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• Damages or losses are to be reported by the guest to the agent immediately.
• Please respect house rules and the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.

5. Check-In/Check-Out Times

• Check-in time is between 14:00 to 20:00.  Should you wish to arrange an earlier or later check in time, please arrange this with the agent.
• Check-out time is 10am or earlier. Should you wish to arrange a later check out time, please arrange this with the agent.

6. Liability

• South Peninsula Holidays will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance to cover any incidents.
• Homeowners are responsible for ensuring they have the correct insurance cover for their property and contents thereof.

7. Pets and Children

• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance.
• Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them before making a booking.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
