At South Peninsula Holidays, we understand that when you are on vacation, time is not always within your control. Whether it’s delayed flights, vehicle rentals, or long queues, we know that these factors can impact your schedule. That’s why we are here to offer you flexible check-in options at your holiday accommodation.
Communicate your schedule with us, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request for an early check-in (before 2pm) or a late check-in (after 7pm).
Should you require a late check-out and it is possible, we will gladly arrange it for you, although a late check-out fee may apply in some cases.

To book a stay, complete the enquiry form under the Contact Us page. If you are not sure on a property, leave it blank and we will match you with a property. Once we receive your enquiry, we will reply with availability options and a quote.
Once the booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice as well as a secure payment link via Payfast. You can select your preferred method of payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Our cancellation policy varies and this will be confirmed via our quote. Mostly our cancellation is strict, ie. full refund if booking is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival, 50% refund if booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. However, please discuss this with us when submitting your enquiry as we could possibly offer a deferment of your booking in some cases.
Yes, there may be additional fees such as cleaning fees or pet fees, if applicable. These will be clearly stated during the enquiry process before you confirm your reservation.
Check-in window period is from 14:00 – 19:00, and check-out is at 10:00 or earlier. If you need to request early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
